Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Document and track the status of support requests in our ticketing system.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of client systems and software applications.
  • Educate users on system functionalities and software operating procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to escalate complex technical issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or similar support role is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems is needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
