We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in recruiting top talent for Commercial roles (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, Marketing) globally, with a special focus on US growth.

Reporting to our Global Talent Lead, you'll be instrumental in crafting a top-tier TA strategy, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the best talent, while providing an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.  All while building on the strong foundations and values that propel our growth: #1 People First,  #2 Act Like an Owner, #3 Work as a Team, #4 Shoot for the Moon.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• Strong experience in commercial and GTM recruitment- exposure to Field Sales recruitment would be an added plus!
• Talent attraction – agency and in-house experience would be advantageous.
• Experience of the tech sector and start up/scale up environment would be ideal.
• Relevant experience with sourcing tools (Linkedin, X-ray, Boolean searches)
• A passion for creating talent pipelines, networks and a competitor market maps and attending industry specific events.
• The ability to work independently; to spot process imporvement opportunities, and to work with our Senior Commercial stakeholders in the US and beyond.
