Summary ✏️
The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive SQL’s to ensure a full pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing). This role will guide ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns. The ABM Manager collaborates closely across Sales and Marketing teams for a fully integrated approach. As part of this role, you'll report to the the Chief Revenue Officer.

What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
- Develop and execute high-impact, integrated ABM programs to support Sales meeting revenue forecast and pipeline goals
- Oversee our ABM strategy, approach, and calendar and communicate to sales team and organization at large
- Assist in development of Key ABM Accounts List
- Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data
- Guide efforts to create standardized Account Based Marketing reporting and dashboards for key accounts, presenting performance to the Sales Leadership team as well as stakeholders throughout the company
- Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals
- Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project management execution
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
- Document processes and best practices in our internal company repository for marketing and sales teams to reference
- Build ABM campaigns from scratch that resonate with key stakeholders and their unique pain points and value-add areas.
Requirements
What do I need? 🤓
- 4+ years ABM experience
- Deep experience writing copy to connect with key stakeholders and decision makers at d2c brands
- Extensive experience building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns
- Experience required with CrossBeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
- Preferred experience with Lead Feeder and HubSpot
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Proven success in demand generation campaigns that target, segment, and list acquisition to build prospect lists.
- ABM Certificates (not required, but a significant plus)
- Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
- Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
- Strong passion for copywriting and managing outbound campaigns to support building a strong pipeline for Sales
- A knack for doing deep-dive research on companies to look for tidbits within their business that will help UN/COMMON stand out in our outreach
- A proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.
