Monitors & prepares daily schedule for dental staff

Greets patients as they arrive in the dental office

Makes appointments for patients; confirms appointments; follows up with no show appointments

Ensure accurately coding of dental services

Registers patients in practice management software (verifying and updating name, address, phone numbers,employer, insurance status, etc.); corrects any registration errors

Assists patients in completing dental history, consent, and financial forms, if necessary for patient chart

Request needed updates for all returning patients

Check out the patient; collects co-pays & outstanding balances on patient accounts

Triages walk-in or emergency patients in accordance to our walk-in/emergency protocol & works those who meet emergency criteria into...
