Human Resources Business Partner - Union Experience Required

A national paper products manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support HR initiatives for their facility in Monroe, LA. Responsibilities include performing duties that support HR policy and goals to promote a “high-performance” culture.

This is an onsite position in Monroe, LA and relocation is required. Relocation assistance is available.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Partner with HR leadership and line-management to implement initiatives that support the companies’ long term objectives
• Perform operational tasks related to labor relations, policy administration, recruitment, benefits, reporting & compliance
