Director of Beverage

About the Role  

The Director of Beverage will provide direction and leadership for the Beverage and Cocktails team. Responsible for leading the beverage management team in achieving the operational and financial goals of each beverage venue, monitoring the performance, scheduling, and training of the staff; maintaining the facilities in accordance with service standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceptional guest experience. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsible for leading and supporting food and beverage operation for Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa. Implement and maintain a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to both culinary and front of the house management.
