Site Lead/Academics and Schedule Management - MISTC East (Contingent) in North Carolina

Contingent upon contract award.

Location: Camp Johnson, NC

First Division Consulting is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the primary Lead at MISTC East, managing academic programs and schedules to ensure Marine Corps personnel receive effective and timely training.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Oversee the planning and execution of training schedules.
• Manage training staff and ensure all courses meet Marine Corps standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between MISTC East and Marine Corps leadership.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience in academic scheduling and program management.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be a US citizen.
