We have a current opening for a US Senior Project Manager for Labeling & Globalization within our North American team.
Main Purpose
The Senior Project Manager for Labeling and Globalization will be responsible for managing artwork delivery teams for multiple projects across several product teams. They will be required to create and manage schedule, resource, and prioritization plans across product teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of product labeling. Experience with Web and Mobile application product development and launch planning is desirable. The PM must have experience collaborating and effectively communicating within a multidisciplinary, cross functional, multinational team to ensure project completion. This includes setting deadlines, communicating with department leadership about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
The Sr. Project Manager is a key resource in assuring an effective flow of work through the development lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
· Acts in an advisory capacity to help teams effectively manage their work in an Agile environment
· Acts as communication touchpoint for processes outside of Digital (Quality, Regulatory, etc.) that impact how the labeling team works, helping to ensure that we consistently meet the needs of our partner stakeholders while getting what we need from those stakeholders to complete our work effectively.
· Works to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the globalization process.
· Helps identify and flag issues. Gets the right people involved at the right time, and sets up milestone touchpoints with Senior Leadership as necessary
Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
Professional Experience
- 5+ years managing labeling requirement in delivery/launch complex digital products (Mobile and Web)
- Experience in project planning in a regulated environment
- Very good problem-solving skills required; must have proven experience as a "self-starter” able to take a problem from discovery to resolution
- Experience in Agile development methodology
- Ability to track the details while seeing dependencies across the platform.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be extremely well spoken and Customer first oriented as they will be speaking with internal stakeholders around the world
- Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar product/project management tools
- Excellent written and communications skills
- Understanding and experience within the medical device regulatory landscape is a plus (familiarity with labeling a must)
- Medical Device Product Development experience
- Experience with Global Commercial Software Launches
- Experience in a regulatory environment is highly preferred
- Solid Project Management experience
- Extremely organized as there are many moving pieces
- Ability to build relationships with clients outside of the US
- Work in a high-pressure position
- Experience with direct reports, management capacity desired

Salary base range for this position is between $85K to $100K, dependent upon experience and physical location. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
