A regional healthcare company is seeking a temporary Human Resources Business Partner for an onsite in Marathon City, WI. Responsibilities include performing duties that support HR operations with a heavy emphasis on employee relations.
This position is an onsite role in Northcentral WI and non-local candidates are required to relocation. Relocation assistance is provided.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Actively participate in the employee relations process by collecting information regarding complaints, conducting intakes, conflict resolution, exit interviews, and following up with leadership on ER issues
- Act as trusted advisor in coaching operations supervisors on subjects related to employee relations and talent management, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Participate in or lead specific projects as assigned by leadership
- Human Resources with reports, metrics, and miscellaneous projects
- Utilize reporting tools to acquire and analyze metrics to support data driven decision-making
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2-4 plus years of experience as an HRBP, Generalist or related role with a focus on employee relations
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources
- Assertive and confident leader who can act decisively in difficult and critical situations
- Must have strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
