If so, you would be a great fit to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Citizens State Bank in our Hudson, WI office! This position will average between 30-35 hours per week.
Job duties for this position include:
- Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
- Process daily transactions
- Balance a teller drawer daily
- Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
- Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services.

The bank is headquartered in Hudson and has four additional offices to serve its customers -- Elmwood, Menomonie, Roberts, and Woodville.

Salary Range: $15-$20 per hour.
Requirements
Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Cash handling and some computer skills are preferred. Prior banking experience is considered a plus but is not required.
Applicants must have the ability to operate a computer, telephone, fax, postage machine, coin and currency counter, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
