Full Job Description

Windermere Summit, a virtual brokerage, is offering a unique opportunity to gain access to all Seattle and Eastside Windermere offices. The goal is to give agents unified access to more education, training, and business opportunities to kick-start their business in a rapid fashion. Agents will receive in-depth coaching that comes with high accountability. Windemere Summit is a launch pad for successful agents with the end goal of placing them in an office of their choice within 2 years.

Windermere Summit currently has approximately 50 newly licensed agents and ads 10-15 every 60 days, per cohort.

Windermere Summit is looking for a high-performing Branch Manager, that has experience in building a team, managing them remotely, and that has a history of winning. The systems and processes have been built. This position has unlimited earning potential, as well as big career advancements. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Remotely manage, and coach newer agents into high-performing brokers within a short amount of time.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, support, and teamwork where all individuals can thrive in a virtual/remote environment.
  • Practice company selling techniques at the branch and company level and encourage broker adoption.
  • Use clear communication to set expectations, while using systems and processes to get agents into production as quickly as possible.
  • Perform annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly accountably sessions as needed to improve performance.
  • Monitor and improve virtual branch performance engaging, educating, and supporting team members as often as possible.
  • Track, Report, Improve, Repeat: key metrics, coaching notes, branch meeting notes, market update notes.

Recruiting & Retention

  • Recruit new agents who are successful professionals, that will be beneficial for Windermere’s future decades.
  • Out-counsel or terminate unproductive agents or those that do not embrace the Windermere Summit culture.
  • Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with agents through consistent coaching, mentoring, and sales support.
  • Stay updated, and informed and ensure that the value adds of tools, resources, and services are consistently visible and available to your branch.
  • Participate in onboarding, orientation, and transition of new recruits, while setting them up for success.
