The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program is a core component of our security framework, ensuring robust identity governance controls. This program includes the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services.
We are seeking a User Access Review (UAR) Specialist to join our team and support our IAM initiatives. Candidates with prior experience in Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review campaigns and related processes are ideal for this role.
Job Overview
As a User Access Review (UAR) Specialist, you will:
- Lead and manage User Access Review campaigns, ensuring compliance with IAM policies and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders to collect, review, and validate user access permissions and entitlements.
- Coordinate the provisioning and de-provisioning of user access across various systems and applications.
- Provide ongoing support for Sailpoint IIQ implementation, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations by regularly auditing user access and permissions.
Requirements
• 2+ years of Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review process execution
• 2+ years of experience evaluating or designing security controls related to identity and access management
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and contextual feedback to Engineering team
• Comprehensive understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO, Cobit, and PCI DSS frameworks
• Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Aptitude to learn managed subject matter to the level of expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully navigate limited resources with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
• Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
• PMP and/or Scrum certification a plus
