Full Job Description
Full-time Branch Manager responsible for the daily operations of Windermere Burien. Recruiting, training, and retaining brokers is the primary goal for this position.
Activities include managing staff, running sales meetings, agent training, and brokerage promotional efforts/events. Manager develops the vision for the brokerage, and uses leadership skills to keep that vision alive by inspiring and organizing staff in support of brokers building profitable, rewarding, and sustainable businesses.
Salary starts at $100,000 and goes up depending on experience and qualifications. Great benefits and bonus structure, and opportunities for future ownership.
Requirements
- Must be physically and virtually available to brokers Monday through Friday and when needed on weekends and evenings. There is lots of coverage available for vacations and when otherwise unavailable.
- Must have 3+ years as a licensed broker.
- Prior leadership and people management experience are a must but will be supported in developing both.
- Can still sell a handful of homes per year.
