Expected Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong customer service skills and technical expertise, including experience with SAP. You will work directly with sales representatives to support customer orders, quotes, and relationship-building. This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting our sales team to drive business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales reps to process quotes, sales orders, and other administrative tasks.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and shipment status to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop deep product knowledge and liaise with vendors for product research.
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize SAP for order processing, pricing, and customer management.
- Be a key point of contact for managing customer expectations and improving the customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of inside sales experience, or customer service/administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams), and CRM systems.
- Communication: Strong communication and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
- Location: Hybrid and Remote work options are available but the candidate should be flexible for occasional travel for in-office meetings and training.
- Background: Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical equipment experience is a plus but not required.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
