Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to promote and sell windows and doors.
- Engage homeowners in discussions about their needs and educate them on our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize company-provided materials and tools to generate leads and track sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by utilizing proven sales techniques and strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer interests and product performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
- Basic understanding of home improvement products, specifically windows and doors, is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within designated sales areas.
