About Your Role
As a Client Services Coordinator …

You are the initial point of contact for prospective clients and strategically set the stage for a successful partnership. You must be energized by engaging and connecting with people, as you are a key team member in selling clients the initial value of our services. As a foundational step in our process, you pave the way for the entire team’s success. You utilize your talents for capturing attention and demonstrating how our services can positively impact lives. You follow up and follow through to show people the dedication and excellence they can expect from our team.
Responsibilities
As a Client Services Coordinator Your Day-to-Day May Involve…
- Providing an exceptional client experience
- Cultivating strong and trusted relationships with clients and third-party professionals through prompt and accurate communication
- Providing professional communication in person, and by phone, email, and fax
- Strategically plan and precisely execute the management of calendars for clients, attorneys, and team members
- Coordinating calls, meetings, and consultations with clients’ financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
- Monitoring and reporting on department goals, workflow, productivity, and deadlines for scheduling team
- Aligning department objectives with firm strategic planning

Housekeeping:
- Location: Provo/Orem, Utah Area
- Status: Full-time, 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
