Requirements:
As our chosen Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of two manufactured housing communities, Winchester Estates and Green Acres (317 combined spaces) located in Murray, UT and Springville, UT. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support the property management team and foster a positive community environment.

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
1+ year experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement
Ability to handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheld
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting systems
Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant lots or homes and maintain high occupancy rates
Must have a valid driver's license
A team player
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with operating software such as Manage America and NetSuite
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
