About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an accomplished and seasoned VP of Partnerships with a robust background in cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strategic mindset and exceptional relationship-building capabilities to foster collaboration and alignment among internal and external stakeholders. The VP of Partnerships will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic alliances that enhance Teramind’s offerings, driving growth and delivering value to the organization. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact on our business while forging meaningful go-to-market partnerships in a sector eager for Teramind’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential strategic partners within the cybersecurity sector that align with Teramind’s goals, values, and target audiences.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including vendors, technology providers, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer success, to design and implement partnership strategies that enhance Teramind’s offerings and create mutual value.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate partner solutions into Teramind’s platform.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint solutions, encompassing sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and partner training programs.
- Represent Teramind at industry events, conferences, and forums to elevate our visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and regularly track and report on performance, optimizing strategies to maximize value and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to uncover new partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all partnership activities adhere to relevant regulations, legal requirements, and best practices while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on strategic partnerships and business development.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, cloud security solutions, and identity & access management.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with specific cybersecurity tools, platforms, or technologies relevant to the industry.
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work legally in the country.
