About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX Design Lead for a part-time contract position to support the development of engaging digital products. This role involves leading UX research and design initiatives to enhance user experience and drive product engagement.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in user experience design and a strong background in UX research. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative designs tailored to user needs. A portfolio showcasing effective, diverse designs across various devices is required.

This position may involve on-site collaboration in San Francisco, California.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with demonstrated leadership in UX research and design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse, effective UX designs across various platforms and devices.
• Availability for part-time work, with the possibility of on-site collaboration in San Francisco, California.
