Through meticulous attention to detail and consistent adherence to established protocols, we ensure precise claim submission, efficient denial and payment resolution. Requirements

• Basic understanding of infusions claims process
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adopt and adapt to new technological changes and advances
• Adherence to contractual, governmental, and industry standards of compliance
• Timely and accurate electronic/paper claims submission
• Timely and accurate electronic/paper secondary claims
• Delivery ticket / claim editing
• Electronic rejection resolution
• Claim denial resolution
• Timely accurate payer appeals
• Follow up on unpaid AR balances
• Clear and Concise documentation of all collection activity in client system
• Accurate revenue adjustment submission
• Efficient and effective use of client software applications
• Able to build relationships with team members and collaborate effectively across departments
• Decisive on resolution actions and efficiency driven
• Strong communicator, both verbally and written
