Role Overview:
As the Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships to grow our brand’s presence in the health and wellness space. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, commission-driven professional who thrives on creating meaningful partnerships and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify all inbound partnership inquiries, assessing their fit and potential value.
- Identify and pursue high-value B2B opportunities with retailers, wellness practitioners, clinics, gyms, and distributors.
- Convert leads into revenue-generating partnerships by delivering tailored proposals and pitches that highlight the value of IM8 products.
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders to secure placements in retail spaces, wellness clinics, and other strategic locations.
- Attend key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase IM8 and build a pipeline of high-impact partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and overall brand goals.
- Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives that elevate IM8’s brand visibility and drive growth, with a primary focus on scaling operations across the US market while laying the foundation for global expansion.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and partnership outcomes, leveraging CRM tools to track and analyze performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data insights and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and develop innovative approaches to partnership growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in luxury, Healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling B2B relationships that drive revenue and brand growth.
- Self-Starter: You’re hungry for success and have a proven track record of going above and beyond to achieve results.
- Sales-Driven: Commission-based roles excite you, and you thrive under the pressure of achieving targets.
- Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple leads and partnerships effectively without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage leads.
- Availability to travel occasionally for events or key meetings
