Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner capabilities into company offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance evaluation and metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other partnership management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for partnership meetings and events.
