Head of Growth Marketing

GeniUs marketing is seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Head of Growth Marketing. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Identify key growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze data and conduct experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
• Monitor and report on key growth metrics and provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
• Proven experience with growth marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
