Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to facilitate effective communication.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and track progress.
- Monitor industry trends and stay informed about changes in the job market to better serve candidates and clients.
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate pools and recruitment progress, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the consumer services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both native language and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficient in using various recruiting tools and software, including ATS.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
