We’re on the hunt for a bold, strategic, and results-driven Enterprise Business Representative (BDR) to fuel our growing Go-To-Market team. You’ll be the tip of the spear, sparking conversations that lead to game-changing enterprise deals. Working with verticals like Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Energy, you’ll engage decision-makers, craft compelling value propositions, and help enterprises unlock the full potential of SAP real-time integration. 

This role is for someone who’s got the drive to exceed quotas, the insight to connect with executives, and the ability to translate challenges into opportunities. If you want to make an impact where it matters, let’s talk. 

What You’ll Own: 

  • Top of Funnel Fueler: Generate and qualify leads that set our sales team up for success. 
  • Industry Insider: Understand the unique pain points of Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Energy verticals, tailoring your messaging to hit the mark. 
  • Strategic Hunter: Research target accounts, craft outreach strategies, and engage key decision-makers in large enterprises with precision. 
  • Collaborator Extraordinaire: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to maximize lead gen efforts and seamlessly hand off opportunities. 
  • Creator of Demand: Drive outreach for events and campaigns and co-create materials that captivate and engage. 
  • Quota Crusher: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual lead-gen goals while setting the stage for long-term growth. 

Requirements

 What you Bring: 

  • BDR All-Star: 2+ years of experience as a BDR with a proven track record of outperforming goals. 
  • SAP & Salesforce Savvy: Familiarity with the SAP ERP and/or Salesforce ecosystems is a major plus. 
  • Vertical Expertise: Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences industries preferred. 
  • Metrics-Driven Hustler: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales metrics and year-over-year quota attainment in a software company. 
  • Connection Builder: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, even in the most fast-paced environments. 
  • Solution Seeker: A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges, with the creativity and drive to stand out. 
  • Collaborative Innovator: A collaborative spirit and a “get it done” mindset – because at enosix, we’re all about winning together. 
  • Qualifications Flexible, Talent Essential: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but your hustle and talent are what really matter.
