We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our CX/Product team. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our top-tier enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful adoption of our software solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
