Full Job Description
Unchained is looking to expand the Sales team to include a Director of Channel Partners! In this newly created position, you will be responsible for managing and growing Unchained’s network of channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), affiliates, and other strategic partners. This role requires developing and executing a comprehensive channel partner program to drive new business and revenue opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and implement the overall channel partner strategy for Unchained Capital, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing a network of high-performing partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to maximize mutual business opportunities
- Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel partner program and track progress against those metrics
- Provide training, tools, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell, implement, and support Unchained Capital's products and services
- Coordinate joint marketing and sales activities with channel partners to generate new leads and close deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams at Unchained Capital to ensure seamless partner engagement and success
- Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize partner productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem dynamics to inform Unchained Capital's channel partner strategy
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have 6+ years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the financial technology or bitcoin industry
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful channel partner programs that drive revenue growth
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- You can be an internal champion between sales, marketing & operations for the channel program
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address partner challenges
- You are familiar with channel partner business models, compensation structures, and go-to-market strategies
- You have experience with partner relationship management and presenting to a network of partners
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- You have the flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time
- You live in a major metropolitan city in the United States
