Acentra is looking for a Creative Director to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Creative Director will play a key role in elevating the brand’s identity and storytelling through artistic expression. As a Brand champion and leader of our Creative team, you will also be responsible for introducing new approaches to visual branding and ensuring the exquisite delivery of assets to the market. As an accomplished Creative Director, you will bring the art to the ‘art of storytelling’ and embolden the team to delve into new creative territories that create standout experiences for external audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Creative Leadership: Provide strategic direction and creative vision for all projects, campaigns, and initiatives. As the discipline leader, you will lead the creative strategy and execution for all work generated by your team, while pushing them to think boldly and act with simplicity.

·        Brand Development: Working with others, you will establish our Brand design guidelines, including tone and character, enabling all functions to integrate the Brand’s essence into their internal and external-facing work.

·        Design Execution: Demonstrate your creative capabilities through the development and deployment of go-to-market assets for B2B customers, both as a solo contributor and team leader. Asset types may include web, email, apps, decks, one-sheeters, audio, video, e-books, whitepapers, and more.

·        Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals, including full-time designers and contracted designers and agencies.

·        Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and senior management to ensure cohesive delivery of go-to-market materials and experiences.

·        Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of excellence in creative work, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.

·        Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, innovative practices, and project performance, integrating findings into creative projects.

·        Mentorship: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning among the creative team.

Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in a creative leadership role within consulting, healthcare, or technology, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of adapting, influencing and guiding others.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies and solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and sell creative ideas effectively.
  • Innovation: Passion for innovation and creative problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also managing changing conditions, unexpected obstacles, and new information
  • Tools: Familiarity and experience with modern software design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual ability, with a viewpoint on how to merge art, branding, and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Understanding of Technology-focused business and management concepts.
  • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
  • Portfolio
