We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic professional ready to dive into the dynamic environment of the HR tech scene who will provide the necessary support to our clients. Your goal in this role will be to foster a positive client experience and provide the necessary support to all the users of Bryq.

Job main responsibilities:
● Handle client inquiries via email and online chat.
● Record and maintain accurate client feedback
● Collaborating with different departments in order to to provide optimal solutions to client problems
● Deal with client complaints according to the company’s escalation policy
Requirements
● 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
● Native-level or C1/C2 level in Bulgarian
● Good communication skills in English
