We are seeking a highly collaborative and skilled Art Director who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product management, to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on design skills, and leadership abilities to elevate our brand and products to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

Plans and illustrates concepts by designing layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics.

Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing and product, in the concept, design and executional phases of a project.

Prepares final layouts, for web, print, or other mediums.

Coordinates/Approvals with outside agencies, vendors, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.

Capable of working independently on projects without supervision.

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong graphic design skills in Adobe Suite, Figma, Blender, Miro, etc.

Experience with current AI tools like Midjourney, Open AI, Vertex, etc.

Layout skills for decks

Willingness to learn new tools such as UnReal Engine, Unity, etc.

Attention to detail

Deadline-oriented

Time-management skills

Communication skills

Can handle and incorporate feedback

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience

Five to eight years of experience in graphic design, web design or similar.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
