In this position, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and setting up appointments for our skilled plumbers. As a Appointment Setter, you will work remotely, utilizing your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to generate leads and manage our client interactions effectively. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for plumbing services.
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to assess customer needs and service requirements.
- Follow up with leads who did not respond to initial outreach to maximize appointment setting opportunities.

Requirements
