Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality service standards are met.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development processes to maintain a high-performing team.
- Coordinate and optimize kitchen and dining room operations for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure timely availability of quality ingredients.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, labor costs, and revenue goals.
- Implement health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and policies.
- Create and maintain a positive environment that encourages staff engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks including financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
