As Program Manager - Product at SEON, you will drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our fraud prevention, risk, and compliance product suite. Coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, you'll transform SEON's product vision into reality through structured and cross-functional coordination. This role combines strategic product operations with program management to accelerate our delivery and launch activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish and optimize product operations processes and documentation standards
- Oversee product documentation strategy, ensuring alignment across technical, user, and go-to-market content
- Drive go-to-market readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Develop and maintain product launch playbooks
- Coordinate between Product and Engineering program management teams
- Implement scalable processes for managing product feedback and requirements
- Provide data-driven insights for effective decision-making
- Design program governance frameworks that balance agility with accountability
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Ensure documentation quality and consistency across product portfolio
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product operations or program management roles within B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of modern product development and go-to-market processes
- Experience coordinating between Product, Engineering and GTM functionalities
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience managing product documentation workflows and standards
- (Nice-to-have) Experience in fraud prevention, security, or FinTech domains
- (Nice-to-have) Experience with product analytics and operational metrics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Strategic thinking balanced with strong operational execution
- Experience building and optimizing scalable processes
- PMP Certification or equivalent nice to have
