In this position, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with care and professionalism. Your enthusiasm for helping others and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to the success of the team.
What You'll Do
- Draft and proofread estate planning documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Organize and maintain client files, both physical and digital
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, explaining documents and legal strategies
- Witness and facilitate document signings
- Support the smooth closure of client files
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and answering phones
Requirements
About You
- Minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in an estate planning firm
- Passion for providing exceptional client service
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of WealthCounsel is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Holds a Texas Notary Commission or willing to obtain one
- Thrives working both independently and collaboratively
