Full Job Description
We are a Roofing Company with over 63 years in business and seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized full-time Office Assistant to perform day-to-day office operations. The role focuses on providing office support to the sales team while ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on a time deadline.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participating in conference calls
Data Entry Replying to emails Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Following up on Insurance claims Maintaining office files and documents.
Keep filing/document management system Assist with scheduling Follow up with subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and act as a liaison between Austin sales team and corporate office in Houston
Requirements
1.) 1-2 years of previous experience in an office/project management setting required
2.) Highly organized with acute attention to detail
3.) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5.) Internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group messaging
6.) Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)
7.) Cheerful presence and people skills
8.) Good oral and written communication skills
