Position Overview
1GLOBAL is seeking a Sales Executive with 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably with a background in Financial Services to join our team in United states. As an Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing relationships with our T2-4 financial services clients and driving revenue growth while minimizing churn. There will also be additional responsibilities for prospecting, building pipeline and selling products and services to new logo clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our compliance customer base.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the compliance sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, with a strong emphasis on compliance sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in selling mobile communication solutions to enterprises.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with global communications solutions is a plus.
