This is a full time position.
Are you a talented Engineer looking to join a growing team? Dispel is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our team of roughly ~20 engineers.
You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions. We strive to maintain a professional and creative work environment where your contributions will be valued and recognized.

Location
We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only). You are welcome to use our office in Brooklyn, New York City.

Requirements

- Technical Bachelors degree.
- Automate all the things.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-code, orchestration and at least one cloud provider.
- Experience with containers.
- Some coding experience.
- Good sense of logging, monitoring and alerts.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Good understanding of networking (especially VPN) and security.
- Good understanding of how HTTPS and certificates work.
- A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn and try again.
- A passion for learning new disciplines and gaining a deep understanding of how others on the team do their work.
- An ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both in-person and over team chat.

The U.S. pay range for this position is between $66,000 and $99,000/year with an expected Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) between $6,000 and $9,000/year (including bonus or commission). Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
