Accounts Receivable - Cash Application Specialist
Fort Worth, TX - Onsite (Part-Time - 25 hours a week)
Pay Range: $22-$24/hr

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
*Cash App experience required
Requirements
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experience utilizing Cash App
- Directly responsible for performing data entry and related duties in posting AR payments
- Maintaining ledgers, credit balances and reconcile/resolving account discrepancies
- Process Credit card payments from customers and reconcile statements
- Apply single payments over multiple-site customer accounts and multiple Invoices.
- Ability to apply discounts to customer accounts
- Will also administer refunds, adjustments related to AR management
- AR processing required, including credit and debit memos and cash generates accurate and detailed weekly reporting via established metrics for all past due balances
- Strives for excellence through continuous knowledge and learning
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- HS equivalency, Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of credit and cash application.
- Working knowledge of Great Plains is a plus
- Analytical skills to quickly and accurately assimilate information making sound business decisions
- Proficient in MS Office, including strong Excel skills
- Excellent communicator and understanding of importance to ‘do what you say’
