Full Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and various light administrative duties as necessary. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the company’s Financial Controller.
- Responsible for creating, sending, and collecting invoices and payments.
- Ensure clients are paid in accordance with contracts including regular payments, royalties, and various incentive compensations.
- Gather and track client and vendor forms, W-9s, etc.
- Review and audit employee expense reports.
- Manage and maintain the database of contracts.
- Assist in performing month-end procedures and closing the books.
- Perform any other light admin duties as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- General accounting knowledge.
- Proactive and responsible.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
