Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage electronic and physical document control systems.
- Process incoming documents efficiently and accurately within established timeframes.
- Ensure all documents are properly classified, versioned, and stored in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and ensure completeness.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and training for team members.
- Provide support in troubleshooting any document control-related issues.
- Generate and maintain reports regarding document status, revisions, and related metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in document control, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
