Las Vegas Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site General Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship travel center. About the Role:
As the Site General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the travel center, leading a diverse team, and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and team development within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure optimal service delivery and efficiency across all departments, including fuel management, convenience store, and food service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high-performance standards.
- Actively engage with customers to enhance their experience, resolve any issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics to ensure product availability and operational continuity.
- Oversee financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports to track profitability and execute plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding safety, fuel storage, and environmental standards.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and drive traffic to the travel center.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the retail, hospitality, or travel center industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of operational standards within the travel center or convenience store environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements specific to fuel management and environmental practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
