Acentra is looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Business Operations & Strategy Analyst, you will be a vital member of our Operational Performance and Planning department. In this role, you will conduct in-depth data analysis, uncover key insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business operations and support informed decision-making. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement innovative operational strategies and process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our business practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify business trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Generate reports and monitor KPIs to communicate key insights to stakeholders
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies
- Identify areas of improvement in business processes and workflows
- Work with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains
- Assist in the development and tracking of operational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and successful implementation of strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
- This role may require travel approximately 10% to 20% of the time.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Business from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant business experience, adept at solving analytical problems using data and quantitative approaches.
- Proficiency and demonstrated experience working with data sets, various business models, and functions, with a strong background in data analytics and process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to seamlessly transition between granular data analysis and strategic insights.
- Comfortable and effective in engaging with both executive management and frontline employees, showcasing adaptability across diverse scenarios.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
- Experience working in a project-based organizational structure is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a self-directed and adaptable environment, requiring minimal guidance.
- Experience in the Healthcare or Technology sectors is highly preferred.

Compensation
The compensation for this role is $95,000 to $129,000 base salary
Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
