The primary responsibility of this position is to grow the agency's client base within your assigned territory. You will be tasked to promote our high-quality healthcare services (Home Care, Palliative Home Care, Hospice, Private Duty) to prospective referral partners while providing account management to existing partners. Primary Job Responsibilities
- Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expand business reach through networking techniques.
- Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
- Ability to travel independently in the community to attend meetings with referral sources and the public.
- Demonstrates ability to develop basic clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCare’s marketing activities and services.
- Manages existing accounts to ensure continued and deepening partnership.
- Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians to provide a seamless transition to home or SNF.
- Regularly provides update to management team on prior period activities and upcoming marketing plan.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with the healthcare community.
- Develops and participates in Community education and outreach events.
Requirements
- Prior Healthcare industry experience required; Including Hospice/Home Health
- College Degree from an accredited college and 2 plus years’ experience and/or equivalent training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Preferable work experience includes clinical work, customer service, or other sales experience
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable vehicle
- Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
- Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
