Caring for Others — part of Caring for Family of Companies — is seeking an RN / Nurse Training Manager. We are looking for a high caliber RN to join our world-changing team of professionals dedicated to elevating the education and training of In-Home Caregivers.

Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
- Assist with the the Medication Administration and Nursing Program
- Provide Excellent Training and Task Delegation to Caregivers and CNAs
- Assess Clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations
- Collaborate with Client’s PCPs and Provider Team
Where We Are - Here is the service area we provide in home caregiving services to: Central Oregon - including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, LaPine, Madras
Requirements
- A desire to help a seniors access high quality care while remaining independent
- A desire to be out in the community instead of the same facility each day
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- Passion for training, teaching, and equipping
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
- Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
- Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
