Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients and staff via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Document technical issues and solutions, maintaining a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate with IT and software development teams to implement system upgrades.
  • Assist users in understanding and utilizing software applications effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies and software features.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Knowledge of utility management systems is a plus.
