About the Role
An experienced Site Manager is sought to oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati. This leadership role involves managing production schedules, developing annual budgets, setting productivity goals, and ensuring efficiency and compliance in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations
- Plan and deliver annual budgets
- Develop and oversee production schedules
- Set and achieve productivity and performance goals
- Maintain and enhance efficiency and compliance in manufacturing processes
- Provide strategic leadership and support to the production team
- Implement and uphold quality control standards
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience managing a production site (within the aerospace or defense industry)
- Proven success in plant operations and team leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to foster collaboration within teams
Benefits
- Competitive salary: $170,000 - $180,000
