Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the tire and automotive industry? OK Tire Store & Service is searching for an enthusiastic Location Manager to join and lead our Employee Owned team in providing exceptional service and driving business success!

This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. As a leader, the Location Manager will work closely with the corporate team to implement strategies and ensure the success of the location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability by focusing on sales support and the bottom line.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees; provide guidance and discipline as necessary.
  • Foster a safety-conscious environment, ensuring all safety and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Promote and maintain an “ownership mentality” while encouraging employees to take responsibility for their performance and career development.
  • Analyze trends and performance data to inform planning and improve results.
  • Manage employee turnover in collaboration with the HR department, ensuring positive retention and engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain property and equipment, ensuring all repairs and replacements are handled as needed.
  • Oversee location administrative tasks, including regular meetings, paperwork submission, and revenue management.
  • Ensure accurate inventory processes and handle all operational issues such as housekeeping and inventory management.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and timely reporting of incidents.
  • Perform other duties as required by the corporate team.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a manager with a track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to promote the organization through local community involvement and social networking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Positive, sales-driven personality with the ability to lead by example.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather and chemicals commonly found in a mechanical shop.
  • Flexibility to work Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays and additional hours as needed.
