Position Summary
The Project Manager is a detail-oriented professional who oversees the creation and management the Gladwell Practice Solutions offering in the Absorb learning management system. This role requires outstanding customer engagement skills, a keen awareness of organizational dynamics, and the ability to manage key tasks and interactions effectively.
Essential Functions & Outputs
- Lead and support the management and operation of the Absorb learning management system, ensuring efficient content creation and seamless user experiences.
- Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate dependencies, and optimize resources for timely delivery.
- Present project status, challenges, and successes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster communication and collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Drive project goals and timelines while maintaining adaptability to accommodate shifting priorities and demands.
- Facilitate positive interoffice interactions and productive relationships across diverse teams.
- Provide technical support and escalate critical issues as necessary to maintain system performance.
- Guide ongoing improvements to enhance results and align with customer expectations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a personalized approach, ensuring that stakeholder needs are met efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years leading complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and resolve challenging situations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging senior executives and conveying complex information clearly.
- Proven experience in technology project management, with expertise in the Absorb learning management system being highly desirable.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Experience with all phases of project lifecycle management, from initiation to completion.
