RMC is hiring Program Coordinators to support USSOCOM. The selected applicants will be responsible for performing as a part of a team on intelligence support services around the globe working at the Operational Level of warfare. We are looking for warfare leaders that bolster a unique set of skills to carry out objectives within USSOCOM.
Duties may include:
- Working within teams that generally are with the realm of combatant commands and their Service or functional components and their subordinate Joint Task Force (JTF).
- Planning, conducting, and sustaining operational objectives to support achievement of strategic objectives, campaigns, and operation.
- Linking the employment of tactical forces to the achievement of strategic objectives.
- The ability to be on-call 24-hours a day and ready to report at a moment’s notice.
- Maintaining accurate contact information for all assigned employees.
- Working with CONUS and OCONUS Site Leads for personnel requirements.
- Assisting employees with mission related travel to OCONUS locations
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI (DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access eligibility) is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Five (5) years of managerial experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
- Two (2) years of USSOCOM or JSOTF intelligence experience at the Operational Level of Warfare.
- Ability to link fundamental tactical actions to strategic objectives is a must.
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.
- Five (5) years of USSOCOM or JSOTF experience in special operations disciplines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $102,000 to $214,000 (annually).
