Structured Credit Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Structured Credit Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join the market-leading Structured Credit practice of a premier Am Law 100 firm. This position can be based in New York, Washington, D.C., or Los Angeles and offers a dynamic opportunity to be a key member of deal teams within a vibrant and innovative group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), securitization transactions, and asset-based lending (bilateral and syndicated)
• Work on sophisticated finance transactions for leading international investment banks and asset managers
• Take on significant client contact and responsibilities as part of deal teams

Key Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of structured credit or finance experience
• Admission to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative problem-solving abilities
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
